NOTICE TO THOSE ATTENDING THE FEDERAL COURT PRACTICE SEMINAR ON MAY 9, 2008

The course materials for the federal court practice seminar on May 9, 2008 are going to be handed out on CDs. If you wish to peruse the materials while the speakers are making their presentations, you may bring your lap top computer to the seminar. Although we believe that there are sufficient electrical outlets in the meeting room, you may want to make sure that your laptop battery is fully charged. Thank you.

  1. Please see the Federal Court Practice Seminar Info/Registration Forms to learn more about the seminar: (a) a memorandum from the Chapter President providing basic information, including MCLE credit and registration deadlines; (b) a tentative agenda of speakers and topics; (c) a registration form to download and print; (d) a FBA Chapter membership application; and (e) seminar and membership fees.

  2. If you intend to attend the seminar, please register below to reserve your seat while your registration forms find their way to us by "snail mail."

After you submit this web-based preliminary registration form, please mail a completed application for membership to the FBA (you can obtain a downloadable application form through a link on the Chapter's home page) and a completed registration form for the Federal Practice seminar (you can obtain a downloadable registration form on the Chapter's "events" and "Federal Practice seminar" site) and a check for the required fee to:
